XVF3000-TQ128-CA
XMOS VocalFusion voice processor for microphone-array applications, with 16 logical cores, 512 KB SRAM, 2 MB flash and a 128-pin TQFP package.
Overview
The XVF3000-TQ128-CA is an XMOS VocalFusion processor for microphone and acoustic signal processing. It combines the deterministic xCORE architecture with voice-processing capabilities. The original family datasheet covers both XVF3000 and XVF3100 in the TQ128-CA package.
Features
- 16 real-time logical cores across two xCORE tiles.
- 512 KB of internal SRAM and 2 MB of internal flash.
- USB 2.0 PHY, programmable I/O and hardware timing resources.
- Acoustic DSP capabilities including echo cancellation, beamforming, dereverberation, noise suppression and gain control.
- JTAG debugging and application-boot security features.
- 128-pin TQFP package with 0.4 mm pitch and a 0°C to 70°C operating range.
Microphone-array integration
Pawpaw’s PXVF3000-KIT uses a four-microphone array for evaluating voice enhancement and conferencing applications. Review microphone geometry, acoustic echo-reference routing and firmware configuration for the target enclosure and audio path. The datasheet documents the hardware platform; audio-processing behavior depends on the selected implementation.
