The PP-ACM862X is produced by Pawpaw Electronics as a Bluetooth audio amplifier main board that uses the ACME semiconductor chip solution. It integrates various sound effect algorithms and includes independent modules like digital and analog gain adjustments and signal mixing modules, achieving multiple sound functionalities. Through the flexible control of these built-in modules, audio can be precisely adjusted to meet diverse application needs.
The PP-ACM862X features a new PWM pulse width modulation architecture, dynamically adjusting pulse width based on input signal size to enhance power amplification efficiency and reduce static power consumption. This design allows the chip to convert electrical energy into sound more efficiently, thereby reducing energy consumption.
Moreover, the PP-ACM862X also incorporates spread spectrum technology, effectively reducing electromagnetic radiation (EMI) and minimizing interference with surrounding equipment. Under certain power and speaker wire lengths, these chips can use beads instead of traditional inductor solutions, optimizing costs and circuit area.
The PP-ACM862AX includes an integrated BT+ACME power-supply chip+UI operation, with direct power-up operation, BT 5.0 connection, AUX connection, multiple connection methods, button-type UI operation, more intuitive, ACME power output, GUI control, freely adjustable DSP performance, making the PP-ACM862X performance testing and functional evaluation save customers from designing and making boards, greatly saving development time.
This evaluation board can be used together with ACME's ACM8622, ACM8625S, ACM8628. These three amplifier chips have PIN-TO-PIN packaging, and replacing the chip can keep it working normally.

ACM8622 is a highly integrated, high-efficiency dual-channel digital input power amplifier. The power supply range is 4.5V-14.5V, and the digital power supply is 3.3V. At a 4Ω load, the output power can reach 2×14W, and in PBTL mode a single channel can output 1×23W @1% THD+N.
This product adopts a new PWM pulse width modulation architecture, dynamically adjusting the pulse width based on the signal size. While maintaining audio performance, it reduces static power consumption, increases efficiency, and prevents pop noise from occurring. The application of spread spectrum technology significantly reduces EMI radiation. Within certain power and speaker wire lengths, beads can be used instead of inductor solutions, thus optimizing cost and circuit area.
